Negative Experience My recent online purchase turned into a disappointing lesson. I bought a "Goth Women Men Hip Hop Bracelet Ice Out Rhinestone Necklace" and was quite nervous about whether it would match the advertised images. Upon arrival, the color was completely off—black instead of silver—and the quality felt much cheaper than anticipated. I immediately felt the need to write a review and reach out to customer service to report the obvious mismatch. Customer: I'm calling regarding order #12345. I received the incorrect "Goth Women Men Hip Hop Bracelet Ice Out Rhinestone Necklace." It's black, not silver, and the quality is really poor. CS Rep: I'm sorry for the error and any frustration this has caused. Let me pull up your order details right now. Customer: This isn't the item I ordered. I either need the proper silver-colored necklace or a full refund. This situation is totally unacceptable.
